- User License
Madrigal provides software to its customers under a subscription basis. Given you have an active subscription, we grant you permission to download and use the software. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

Attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, crack, or dump the software or its’s object code / memory.
Attempt to debug, analyze, or monitor the software.
Attempt to transfer or resell the software that we provide without prior authorization.
If you violate these terms, you may be permanently blacklisted (or “banned”) from our software. Banned users ARE NOT permitted to create new accounts on this website or attempt to purchase or access the software. Receiving a ban DOES NOT qualify you for a refund. If you believe a ban to be false, you are welcome to appeal it by contacting us.

Madrigal is solely intended for use on insecure servers, including offline matches and designated community servers. We do not assume any responsibility for the actions of our users while using this software or any outcomes that may result from its use. Users are to use this software responsibly and within the legal boundaries of their respective countries.
Any claim relating to this domain shall be governed by the laws of US without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
